Redhills Adventure is one of Ireland’s most popular school tour operators! We cater for primary and secondary schools with a range of entertaining, fun and safe outdoor activities. Following a sold out and hugely successful programme last year, we are delighted to offer mobile activity options also in addition to our onsite programme for 2023/24.
Redhills is a unique venue (a diversified old farm) just off the M7, located only a few kilometres outside of Kildare town. Our activity zones are spacious and are sales team will work with you to ensure every detail is covered and a memorable day is organised for your students.

Over the past couple years we have invested significantly in our product, team and safety infrastructure to ensure your visit to us is stress free and most critical of all – safe! Redhills Adventure is a Fáilte Ireland approved Covid Safety Charter venue, we use specialised cleaning equipment and as we are all outdoors – well, that speaks for itself these days!

Mobile School Tours
At Redhills, if you can’t come to us, then we will come to you! (Subject to suitable space available, please provide details of available facilities)
We offer one of Ireland’s most comprehensive offerings (up to 8 activities) onsite at your school.

PARTICIPANT DISCLAIMER
PLEASE FIND OUR DISCLAIMER BELOW. IT IS MANDATORY FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS AND MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE PRIOR TO THE EVENT. SELECT ‘SCHOOL TOURS’ > SELECT MONTH OF TOUR > FILL OUT AND SUBMIT. ANYONE UNDER 16 YEARS OF AGE IS CONSIDERED A CHILD AND MUST BE SIGNED FOR BY A ‘COMPETENT ADULT’.

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
All tour balances must be cleared before the event date unless you are an ETB funded institution (see below). Once final numbers are advised within the given date, an invoice will follow for remittance. This can be paid either online or via EFT. We do not accept cheques. Once 30 days have passed your account will be held in arrears until it is cleared. Once Final Numbers are requested, you have 24 hours to submit your final number. (Kindly note it is advised to you at the time of quotation by email that Final Numbers will be required 15 days in advance). The final number is required for key operational requirements such as employee scheduling, equipment reservation and Insurance ratios. Failure to submit your Final Number on time will result in the invoice being generated in full and issued to you for payment. Once your final number has been provided (by online form issued to you in advance) you cannot amend downwards and revising upwards may cause issues with availability on the day.
It is understood that by paying the deposit you agree to the above terms and you agree to also pay for the balance of the tour (even if you cancel the tour for any given reason unless otherwise agreed in writing by Redhills Adventure Ltd.) Should you cancel the tour 21 days within your tour date, you will be liable for the payment of the tour in full less the deposit at the number of children enquired for at the time of booking. For ETB payments kindly see below.
ETB Funded Institutions: Final Numbers are not applicable for invoicing and the outstanding balance will be charged in full at the original enquired number of participants. This figure may be revised upwards, not down. Once the quote has been given, you will have 7 days to inform us of your chosen option. Once accepted and our invoice sent with your generated PO number, the balance must be paid within 30 days from the date the invoice has been sent. By accepting the quote and supplying a PO number, you accept these terms of payment. NOTE: From the time the quote is sent, you will have 7 days to provide a PO number, this is to secure confirmation of the date and tour. If this is not received, your tour date will not be held past our stated time (or by written prior agreement with us) and your booking may be cancelled. All ETB tours are invoiced at the quoted number of participants. Should a PO number be supplied to us and you cancel or fail to show for your tour, you will be liable for the full cost of the tour at the quoted rate and original number of participants which must be paid within 30 days of your invoice. Failure to pay can result in actions (legal and/ or otherwise) being taken.
These measures have been implemented due to the new ETB payment system which has now been rolled out to all relevant institutions.
All Bookings
Once 30 days have passed your account will be held in arrears until it is cleared.
Your account will then incur a 5% interest monthly accrual rate onto the balance of payment.
At this point a new invoice with a revised balance will be issued for immediate payment. This interest will continue to be compounded monthly on any outstanding balances until the balance has been cleared.
Cancellation Policy
1. Deposits Paid – Non refundable in all circumstances
2. Cancellation within 31-21 working days of your event – 50% of balance due (excluding deposit paid) based on numbers indicated at the time of booking (above) will be invoiced for.
Cancellations done over 31 days will incur no further fees (except the retention of your deposit paid which is non-refundable in ALL circumstances)
Cancellations while most likely outside of your control, have a huge impact on operating a small local business. Our cancellation policy is designed not to capitalize on unfortunate situations but to protect against the negative impact of a late cancellation where the slot could have otherwise been sold to another school during this busy season and where the notice given prevents us from doing so and therefore we will not be held liable for such losses. We appreciate your understanding.
If we have to cancel – In extenuating circumstances, if we have to cancel your event for reasons outside of our control and cannot offer a suitable reschedule, all deposits and prepayments will be refunded.
Reschedules
All reschedules will incur a €50 flat fee per reschedule. This will be invoiced for separately and must be paid online via card BEFORE the reschedule can occur.
