Once you have paid, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. This email contains important information* regarding your booking, please read in full and advise us if you have any questions.

*A pre signed online disclaimer is mandatory for all participants (children and adults) who take part in activities at Redhills Adventure and must be completed BEFORE your event. Min ages apply to all activities, please check if you are unsure. If you cannot locate your chosen event time/date it may not be live until closer to your date.


NOTE – You cannot sign for children on the day. Our online disclaimer can be signed and submitted by any “competent adult”. Please complete and forward to any participants before the tour date. Failure to do so can result in delayed check-ins and possible forfeiture of activities.




All bookings and deposits are strictly non refundable! 


As per our terms and conditions we do not offer refunds for cancelled bookings, but we will endeavour to offer alternative dates subject to availability. All final numbers and balances must be cleared strictly 10 days in advance of the event date or as agreed at the time of booking with us. By clicking checkout and proceeding with your deposit payment you acknowledge, agree and abide by our full terms & conditions and policies.
